Nissan South Africa has launched its new certified pre-owned programme, tagged, Nissan Intelligent Choice (NIC), to give customers in the country even a greater choice.
The Nissan Intelligent Choice programme combines the peace of mind of dealing with a trusted industry leader and value for money, to give customers the best of both worlds.
Explaining the idea behind the programme, Head of Sales, Nissan Group of Africa, Leslie Ramsoomar, said, “We live in economically trying times and Nissan Intelligent Choice is for customers who are shopping on a budget but who are not willing to compromise on safety or comfort.”
Customer Promise
Each and every Nissan Intelligent Choice vehicle, carries with it the Nissan Intelligent Choice Customer Promise.
This means, the cars on offer are all subject to a 160-point check as well as a vehicle integrity assessment.
“It also means that all of our Nissan-approved vehicles are under four years old, with less than 100 000 kms on the clock,” said Romala Pillay, Head of Nissan Intelligent Choice for South Africa, “In addition, all vehicles come with a Nissan warranty of at least two years – or 50 000 kms – as well as 24 hour roadside assistance, offering round-the-clock peace of mind.”
Nissan Intelligent Choice offers the following free lifestyle benefits to customers who subscribe to the programme:
Free parking at major shopping centres throughout South Africa
“Our customers enjoy a ticketless, cashless parking experience. They get up to three hours of free parking at some of the most popular malls around the country, up to eight times a month,” said Pillay.
Rewards Programme
Through the Nissan Intelligent Choice Rewards Programme, customers also get cash back every time they purchase fuel at a Sasol and Total service station.
“Every time you swipe your Nissan Intelligent Choice Loyalty Card, you get back 30c for every litre of fuel that you have purchased from Sasol and 25c from Total. You can keep track of your rewards on the Nissan Intelligent Choice customer portal and you can redeem them at a variety of exciting stores including Pick ‘n Pay, Woolworths and Dischem. You can also use them on e-commerce platforms such as Taxify, Uber, Uber Eats, Takealot.com, Superbalist etc. and the list will continue to grow,” Pillay added.
‘My Service Day’
Nissan Intelligent Choice’s ‘My Service Day’ also provides customers with continued mobility while their vehicles are being serviced or repaired at Nissan dealerships. This benefit is available once a year.
“We assure our customers convenience and peace of mind as well as a safe and reliable service, with the offer of a rental car on weekdays, between 6am and 6pm. We want to keep customers mobile so that they are able to go about their daily business when their car is being repaired or serviced,” Ramsoomar assured.
