Cartar has launched a special three-in-one offer for mobile mechanics, tyre and brake teams . The Mobile Lifts manufacturer has also announced the extension of the special offer to the network of customers it is currently building in Nigeria, Ghana and The Gambia in pursuance of its interest in the larger West African and African market.
